Hi! I'm Alyssa

Welcome to my yoga studio + holistic HEALTH CENTER! I'm thrilled you're here!

I would have never imagined {in my wildest dreams} that I would change careers, become a yoga therapist and open up Embarque. In fact, I kept saying no for a while. But listening to my heart has led me to some incredible places...and I'm so honored to be able to share my creation with you.

I've been a yoga practitioner for at least 15 years {I can't even remember now} and I've tried it all. I opened Embarque to raise awareness of therapeutic yoga in Indy and help more people just like you understand the mind-body connection and the innate wisdom of the body. I've been blessed with being able to share yoga with veterans experiencing chronic pain and PTSD, empowering women to feel themselves again and seeing how transformative these practices can be for everyone of our students and my private clients.
